Our volunteers find being a part of the Pathway Home fulfilling and rewarding and have expressed to us the joy and blessing of their involvement.

We have also found our residents to be enormously grateful as they experience the love of God poured out through our volunteers.

The blessing is indeed mutual.

Because the Home provides individual growth plans, a variety of resources are needed.

Professionals in their respective fields become resources for specific growth areas.  In the field of soul care, a licensed therapist may provide specialty counseling. Or, a personal trainer may offer services to develop a training regime for each lady. A successful businessman has met with one lady from the home who needed to re-establish her own business and shared tips and ideas.  A web designer helped this individual create a new business web site and updated business cards as well.  An artist may create an opportunity for personal expression by sharing her talent. Opportunities continue to arise for unique interaction in many levels.

Speakers, teachers, and other professionals as well as practical workers, who help with transportation, special events such as graduations or yard sales, to name a few, are an integral part of the process.  The range of involvement can be from a personal level of interaction with the ladies to prayer to financial support and many opportunities in between, but each is vitally important and contributes to the overall success of the home. Volunteers are essential to the success and excitement of the Home.  We appreciate each and every one.
